Councils in Wales are going to change /Mae cynghorau Cymru'n mynd i newid

Leighton Andrews, Minister for Public Services, has published a White Paper, Reforming Local Government: Power to Local People setting out the Welsh Government's vision for the future of Local Government which is more inclusive, effective and accountable. Yn ddiweddar, cyhoeddodd Leighton Andrews, y Gweinidog Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus, Bapur Gwyn, Diwygio Llywodraeth Leol: Grym i Bobl Leol, sy'n amlinellu gweledigaeth Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer dyfodol mwy cynhwysol, effeithiol ac atebol i Lywodraeth Leol.

The Welsh Government wants local councils to change to make sure they make best use of the money they have, that they listen to their communities and that they share their power and responsibility with the people they serve.
