Nina Finnigan one of Renew Wales' co-ordinators is one of six finalists in the Avon Hello Tomorrow Fund.
You can read about the project “Food Exchange” at www.avonhellotomorrowfund.com. To help support this you could circulate the link among all your friends and contacts – and of course vote for Nina! Nina teamed up with MEWN Cymru, which represents BME women across Wales regardless of their age, religion and ethnicity. As well as combating loneliness and isolation, “Food Exchange” will help women gain qualifications, share their recipes and create their own cook book. SHARE and the Newport Central Communities First team did a pilot “Food Exchange” session recently, which was very successful and participants asked if it could be continued. They can do this if they get the funding so please vote. Thank you so much for your support.
