Welsh Government discounts on Level 1 course - Promoting Energy Efficiency

The course is a one day Skills First level 1 qualification called ‘Promoting Energy Efficiency’. This is great for those just starting out in the industry or for those who have a good understanding but need some help in communicating their knowledge to customers. It is an important course for any customer facing staff as it will help them to link measures together providing added service and satisfaction for the customer and opportunity of a cross-sell for the company.

It is also an excellent course for any employee as it will help them to take steps to reduce energy in their own homes and to advise colleagues and friends.

Additionally, for any businesses with staff living or working in Wales there is funding available through Welsh Government to offer the course for £63 or £105 per person dependant on the number of employees within the organisation. Further details on the course are included below.
