‘Building short supply chains’

There is strong interest in local food as a result of Covid and Brexit, and community projects are well placed to create and strengthen local food chains. They may grow their own food, or they may help create markets for local farmers and growers through food hubs and direct sales. They may also help to develop a lively food culture that builds trust and interest in local food, encouraging the public to see themselves as citizens rather than consumers, and so indirectly supporting new supply chain initiatives.

Come and join us and contribute your thoughts to the interesting discussions on the above ideas/ themes.  

This event will build on the previous two FFTGU events and also an RW-supported conversations between mid-Wales community food groups.
